    BASIS x is the document describing the current state of the model being
 developed by the X3/J14 ANS Forth Technical Committee. ie: the working,
 unfinished, draft.
    After each meeting of the X3/J14 TC a new BASIS is produced describing
 changes made to the previous BASIS, items under discussion, etc...
