I'm running Allegro CL 1.2.2 on a Mac, and don't have the 
stand-alone application generator.  APDA says it is supposed
to be shipped with the product, but it isn't there.  I'm currently
waiting on my upgrade to 1.3, but until then is there someone
who would send me the 1.2.2 generator?
