I'm not sure if my earlier posting reached the net, if it did then just
press `n' and I apologise for taking extra bandwidth;
if not then just pretend I didn't write this sentence.

I had a problem printing a PostScript document, generated by Interleaf,
on a Apple LaserWriter Plus. The error message received was:

%LASER-F-SETUPNOTFOUND, Setup module not found in library.

Although the error message is fairly self-explanatory, I don't
understand why the document printed perfectly ok on an Apple
LaserWriter IINT. Does anyone know the answer to this mystery?
