I am trying to install the mh package, and I have a few questions:
 
  1. I found mh-6.6 at louie.udel.edu. Is version 6.6 the most recent?

  2. I'm having problems getting the documentation in directory papers printed.
     We don't have phdtex, but we have a version of the amstex-macros (version
     1.1c).
     In diss.sty the amr-fonts are used, but I've changed these to cmr.
     I then call tex \\input amstex \\input tutorial (from the papers/tutorial
     directory).
     TeX then complains about the footnote-calls, and the \cite calls.

     I have TeX version 2.93 and it uses plain version 2.3.
     Has anyone sucessfully gotten the documentation TeX'et ?
     Any clues?
