We have just installed the CMU distribution of Mach 2.5 on a Sun 3.  We 
believe we used the standard installation with the default mailer.   
Everything seems to work except the mail system. It takes nearly a minute to get a response on the terminal to "mail username@machine" where machine is on our ethernet.  Mail delivery is also unreliable; sometimes nothing  gets through.  We are not using yellow pages or any other special network services.  Any pointers would be appreciated.
