I am working on collecting bug reports and then will post diffs to 1.5.0
for what I hope will be a stable version for a while.  In the meantime, I
have also made a start to ANSI-izing and POSIX-izing things, so the cdifs
will be substantial :-(

Glen Overby (ncoverby@plains.nodak.edu) set up a mailing list for people
who want to be beta test sites.  Before I send a major lump of stuff out,
I send it to this list first and wait for feedback.  If you would like to
join the beta test group, please tell Glen.  We could use a few more people.
There is sometimes a lively discussion among the beta sites before things go
out on the net.
