I would like to know more about IBM's implementation of LU type 0.  Following
are several questions about it:

1) What is LU type 0 liked?
2) Does IBM have any document describe the protocol of LU 0?
3) Which IBM's system support LU 0?
4) What type of application is using LU 0?
