send email to 

	 info-server@sh.cs.net

with the format shown below.  (The subject line is ignored.) 
The request will be filled by a program.
In the body of the message put:

REQUEST: RFC
TOPIC: RFC1010
REQUEST: END

The last time I got the list it was 80KB.
