	I have previously posted a message about uucp 1.00D not uncompressing
news or sending mail to the proper directories.  I have looked into it further
and see that rnews is failing with an error message when called by uuxqt which
says that it is unable to load rnews.  The rnews file is in uucp:c and has a
size of 19688.

	Does anyone have this working?
