So, now the only complaint I have with MicroBotics is that the guy on the phone should have just told me the truth. Something to the effect that they were working on the problem and they would send out the disk as soon as possible not it's in the mail. Enough flames. The new RDPrep worked great finally I have a hard disk thanks for the fix MicroBotics. They've also upgraded the RDPrep software and it's a lot easier to use and the intuition interface is really good. The only complaint I had was that the help text should have included the text from the HardFrame users guide but that's a minor complaint. Also could I get help by pressing the help key? If not it should. All in all it's easier to use good looking and up to MicroBotics usually high standards. David Bakeman
