The latest Developer CD is "Phil And Dave's Excellent CD: Release Version".
This was released in December 1989 and is the second and latest CD in the
Developer CD Series (there are no "version numbers") on the CDs.

This disk does contain IIgs System Software 5.0.2.  It was shipped in the
December developer mailing to all who get those.
