Now, if I turn the modem off, the Apple comes to life just like normal, and then I can turn the modem back on quite normally. I have a Zoom 2400 hooked up along with an external 5.25 floppy. This is not really much of an inconvenience, but just a little strangeness, and I wondered if anybody else out there on the net could shed a little light on this phenomenon.
