For several years I have been reading all these must-knows from the knowledgable Net. However, since a few months the signal to noise ratio has dropped below the acceptance level (or I moved up the latter). Just browsing through all the junk costs me several hours per week, since we don't have kill files on BITNET/EARN. I wish to thank all people who have made excellent contributions to the list and thus to my pleasure in ST programming. I also whish to FLAME those who merely post non-informative crap for just being there. Some time I may return, when a new (moderated) list emerges that is mainly concerned with hardware & programming issues. Then I can read the Net AND do some useful programming after working hours. Greetings, Roger Hunen
