Does anyone know what the DIP switches on the Data Technology Corporation's
(DTC) controller do?  Also, what is the function of the jumper (W18) which
is located right next to the DIP switches?  And (while we're at it), what 
is the blank 28 pin socket for?  I know it must be for a ROM, but what is
that function of that ROM?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
