I suggest Kermit, which comes in every conceivable flavor and which will
handle the job beautifully.  I use the MS-DOS Rainbow-specific version for
file transfer.  The only limitation is that the top transfer speed is 19200,
whereas I can get better than 115000 between newer machines.
