Awhile back I asked about PC FORTRAN's and their compatibility.
I decided to buy MS-FORTRAN 5.0 because it was reasonably priced,
worked under OS/2 and advertised VAX/VMS compatibility.
Unfortunately, Microsoft's implementation of NAMELIST is the
following:

 &EXAMPLE
 variables = data   (no commas)
 /

 While this is indeed NAMELIST, it is not exactly VAX compatible.
Is there some way, other than editing all input decks, to make
MS FORTRAN 5.0 read the old style NAMELIST inputs?
