Dahmus >MXD118 @ PSUVM I have a MacIIcx (15.7MHz 68030, 5MB memory, 8-bit graphics & 80MB hard disk) and a Compaq Deskpro386/20(20MHz 80386, 5MB memory, EGA graphics & 60 MB hard disk). PageMaker on average for the work that I done appears to be 0% to 20% faster on the Compaq running Windows/386 than on the MacIIcx running Multifinder. However, I use the Mac more often since 20% of speed degradation is well compensated by the well defined user interface of the Mac.
