To be fair with this company, I want to speak out my experience. Several months ago, I called Logitech for a new mouse driver. I didn't have trouble getting through the phone. A girl answered the phone. She asked me for the Serial NO. of the MouseWare Utilities Disk. Then she told me that I would receive the new mouse driver in two weeks. I did receive it after a week. I did not have any problem with this company. In fact, I like the mouse very much; it's a three button mouse (300dpi). It appears to be more sensative than the MS-mouse I see in school. Anyway, I got the number from the bottom of the package (glad I didn't throw it away) I suggest those who had a hard time getting through the phone try the number or address below. Logitech Inc. 6505 Kaiser Drive Fremont, CA 94555 Tel: (415)795-8500 Hope this help. Rick (Ka Chin Wong)
