This is either by a chip-style terminator that goes into what appears to be an unsued socket on the board or by a jumper that is marked with a "T". Look at the drive circuit board for either of these items. If you have an open socket give the dealer a call. You can usually get away without a terminator on a single drive system, but it's not a good thing to rely upon. You need one to balance the interface signals so they are reliable. If you have a two drive system the terminator >must< be in the drive at the far end of the cable. Also you can only have one terminator active on any single cable chain, so if you have a two drive system you can only have a terminator on the drive at the end of the chain.
