A 15 lb, 16 MHZ 386SX, runs on battery packs or external power supply. The VGA monchrome screen runs full screen DOS programs under Dell UNIX using VP/ix or you can run the X Window System (X11R3) with Motif. The prices start around $3500 for the laptop, but as you add more memory and larger drives for UNIX the price climbs to around $6000.
