The last update was some time in the middle of the year. The last time I spoke to them they were talking to Apples Venture Capital group for a possible acquisition of Perfect Timing. I was even contacted by a representative from that group. I suspect they had financial problems. The program was to about a .94 or .96 beta status. For the most part it was pretty stable but it still had a few problems. It is a nice program for doing network multiuser calendaring.
