Jim - the McSink slowdown has been around for a while, but the author was
never able to pinpoint the problem. For me version 6.5 was unusably slow, so I
just used the previous version. Then, for some reason I don't know, other than
possibly updating to System 6.0.4, McSink 6.5 now works fine. Try updating to
System 6.0.4 for openers. -Russ
