A while ago I posted to say that I had lost the right side of my Control
Panel window.  I reproduced the cause.
	While in Stevie v. 3.10, I tried to use QuickKeys v. 1.2 to map
my backquote key to ESC.  My Mac crashed, and when I rebooted I had only
half a Control Panel.  Re-installing the DA fixed the Control Panel,
and the QuickKey macro now works.  Strange and wonderful things can happen
in this Macworld.
