In 0.85, the only way to do this is to select the "Prompt for file name"
button, and then retype the full filename when the prompt-box appears.

Dave Alverson has been asked to do this... to make the 8+3 name-shortening
optional (moving into the setup-specific options).  He sounded willing to
do this... he hadn't realized how many people have been using ZTerm to
communicate with Unix and other systems that don't require an 8+3
name format.
