I'll send you a binhex if you can't get a copy through the following means: FTP to Sumex-Aim You will find a file called scroll-limit.hqx in the /info-mac/cdev directory. Hope this is of help. The cdev lets you choose between three different speeds for scrolling. A pretty useful cdev. And yes, it is also freeware.
