I have a friend who has an ImageWriter II that is not printing the top
line of "dots" on each pass of the print head. I suspect that one of the
pins is stuck. Is this a correct assumption? If so, can someone pass on
information on how to remove the print head and fix this problem?

If it's a symptom of something else, what?
