Among other problems, the disk drive does not eject (sound familiar?) I am looking to help him upgrade it. Can I just chop out the 64kbit DRAMs and insert 256k chips? Is there more to it than that? Is is better to chuck the motherboard and put in a Mac+ motherboard? What is the cost (approx)? Are there any alternatives to paying Apple $350-$400 for a new internal drive and ROMs? I can get ROMs mail-order, but what about disk drives? Thanks for any answers to any of my questions, -ethan -- Ethan R.
