To those of you who had been wondering what was happening with the
group-purchase of 68881 PMMU chips being arranged by some guys at
Claremont Colleges... the deal has apparently fallen through.  I got my
un-cashed check back in today's mail, with no explanation.

No great loss, I suppose... street-prices for the 68881 have come down
quite a bit since September, there are a good number of vendors offering
it in MacWeek, and Connectix was (and perhaps still is) offering a very
attractive price for a PMMU bundled with a copy of Virtual.

I guess I'll wait until I get my hands on a copy of System 7.0 before
investing...
