Our experience shows it's faster, less noisy, and more reliable than the 'standard' Irwin 40MB units we've used. The Irwin drives with Xenix have been a source of a lot of agravation over the past 6 months. Drivers from SCO, and Irwin did not work properly, and we've had to resort to by pre-formatted tapes for use with the Irwin drives, because of formatting problems. The Archive 40MB floppy Tape AT drive is very solid, we'd like to use those with our Xenix systems. -- Alex INTERNET: alex@comsys.COM Huppenthal UUCP: {cs.utexas.edu!texbell}!netdev!alex Communication Systems Research 6045 Buffridge Tr, Dallas, TX 75252
