Call the Motif Desk at OSF at (617) 621-8835 for source license and/or
membership information. Your company should already have Motif source
around, so ask around.

Motif 1.0 runs on R3. We've had bug reports about 1.0 on R3, but I don't
know exactly what the problems are.
