UUNet is not answering telephone calls, and when I dial their voice number I
get an answering service that explains that UUNet is having trouble with it's
phone lines. Compuserve access is dead, too, though, which suggests that there
may be some more generalized problem. I don't have Internet access, so I can't
try that.
