Hello world,

I see that there are some people planning to create a usenet news group 
for specifically Vietnamese issue...  This is an excellent idea since
more and more people are getting access to USENET ...
	Within my memory somewhere, I recalled that there is a Vietnamese
mailing list for the world based somewhere in boston ???  (I received
the info from one of the VSA officers at USC) A Usenet newsgroup
would relieve much problem for the mailing list.  & reserve personal
mail for important stuffs.  But a mailing list still have to exist
to support the people who don't have access to usenet.. 
	When voting begin ?? for soc.culture.vietnam ??
