I am supporting the creation of a new newsgroup for the discussion of
Vietnamese related stuffs, But i think the name should be change
to soc.culture.VIETNAMESE , not vietnam .. We don't want to only discuss
about vietnam, but we want the culture ...

It's about time anyway....
