According to Rick Adams, UUNET's spool partition died early Wednesday
morning. Their last backup was 10:30 am Tuesday. FICC calls UUNET in the
wee hours of the morning, so any mail sent to ficc via uunet -- including
votes for or against comp.sys.ibm.pc.programmer -- during this period was
lost.

I will post a list of voters as soon as possible.
