Dear Netters,

Where can I find the latest standard for the C-binding of GKS?  If you
can tell me what the latest standard is (e.g. draft, proposed, etc.)
and give its ID, that would be great.  Otherwise, a reference (preferably 
a phone number and/or address) would be fine.
