Without a graphics standard it would be pretty hard to write utilities that
will work on more than one Forth system.  I know that F-PC, LMI and PolyForth
all have built in graphics support and I'm sure all the Forths for the Mac do
also.  However, I don't know of any of them that can share graphics code with
any of the others.  If you don't care about sharing, check out what any of the
above Forths have to offer.
