Has anyone gotten through to a borland tech type on CIS via the net.
I have gotten mail through to Tom Rawson of JPsoftware (4DOS) on CIS,
so I know it can be done.  However, the woman on the tech support line
at Borland had never heard of InterNet, UseNet, bitNet, or anything
else as far as I can see.  So, if anyone has a valid address for
someone at Borland could you send it to me, or post?  It is
particullarly tough to get decent 'phone support here in Hawaii due to
the time differences and the cost; email would be very much nicer.
