The LAN is somewhat different in structure than the UNIX host spooler/buffer. You can eliminate the problem either by deleting or commenting out (%) the line in the prepfile which contains the following: setdefaulttimeouts. There should be only one occurance of this in the prep file. Its location in the file will depend on which version of laser driver you are currently using on your Mac.
