Can anyone refer me to any articles (aside from the reference manual that 
comes with the software) on how to use SB-PROLOG?  It is
somewhat difficult to figure out how to use it from the reference manual,
especially because the manual comes in a format that we do not have the
software (itroff) to read correctly.
