Davis - Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Lines: 19 I noticed in the documentation that came with LHarc said the author had used the original single file compression program source code (lzhuf.c), because it was written all in C, whereas the IBM LHarc source had lots of 8086 and other IBM stuff in it. Well, a few months back, I tried speeding up lzhuf.c (the single file compression program) on the amiga by using Tomas Rokicki's profiler and rewriting a bit of it into assembly. Currently, I have the decompressing speeded up by about 2-3X. (4-6K per second.) Is there some way I can contact the author of the amiga version of LHarc through the network so I can Email him the speeded up code? thanks, ------------------------------------------------------ Quantum _\/_ 2727 Eel Bruce (6502 RULES!)
