Well, I finally received issue 3.1 in the mail on Saturday Jan. 20 1990.
Maybe this means that the subscriber data base is finally fixed.  I agree
with Dana, if Amiga Transactor cannot succeed in publishing continuously
for a year, I will let my subscription lapse.
