I took my old A1000 to Europe(Belgium) and had zero problems with monitor
and power supply.  The only thing you need is a stepdown transformer.  Hell,
even the clock worked right.  The FAT AGNUS models of the 2000 (1 Meg Chip)
can run PAL or NTSC.  I bought a European 2000 and find that PAL is so
much better that I will not go back to ntsc.
