I've been trying to call their # for about 3 weeks now, and it's always busy. That's the ONLY reason I stooped to Creative to get the Autoboot card. I did business with them once before, and after THAT, said that I wouldn't ever again (4+ weeks to get back my optical mouse, after a SWAP!). Circumstances beyond my control.
