I would like to hook up my Franklin to the same hard drive and use part of the first partition for some of my larger applications like Aztec C-65 and be able to dable in shell and C while the BBS chugs away on the //e. The Question: Can I simply pick up another Apple SCSI card and drop it into the Franklin, crimp another female DB-25 connector on my SCSI cable, and hook the Franklin into it? Will this cause collisions of directory blocks on subsequent write operations? Or is there some sort of "black-box" that I can hook up both computers too that will contend for use of the hard drive on an operational basis? In simple terms, HOW CAN I HOOK MY OTHER APPLE TO THE SAME SCSI HD?! Help! Later - Dan Vachon - @ AT&T Bell Labs, Denver !att!druwa!dvac
