Back when they were Applelink I subscribed and between software problems and lack of time on my part I canceled my subscription. For over six months they kept sending me updated bills for each month. I made several long distance calls ( no 800 line for complaints) and wrote at least three letters. This got them to cancel my account. However, I'm *still* getting threats from them that I'm to be turned over to a credit delinquency agency over the six months billing. I give up! Now they want me to post about he apple. If I can't trust them to get their billing straight why trust them at all? I applaud you and the others who are willing to listen but I have no good words for that particular forum.
