Andy, as far as I know, if you have the message 'Copyright 19xx' by so-and-so,
you retain the copyrights to the program, whether or not you upload it to a
system.  I've never heard of anybody forfeiting their copyright to the program
by uploading it to a system.

I'm looking forward to SI v3.0, and hope that you DO put it out.  It is simply
the best packer around.
