I (fairly obviously) have nothing to offer in the dispute you have with
Quantum over billing and America Online.  But please, make it clearer that
you are casting your aspersions at Quantum.  I read your post as "It's another
tactic by Quantum to get lots of calls and Apple's not going to do anything
with the information."  That is not correct.

So is there a volunteer on here to collect the information and forward it to
Jerry Cline?  I hope someone publicly posts they can do this.

I've already stated that I don't have the time to do this myself.  This,
unfortunately, has not stopped several people from sending me their comments
through net mail anyway.  I don't want anything to get lost, which is what
will surely happen if I keep getting flooded with wish lists when I don't
have the means nor the time to organize and track them.  Does anybody?
