It's not surprising that Apple is pusing the Mac into all areas with great
vigor. I truly believe that Apple wants to be a one computer company and that
computer is the Mac. I have had my GS for 3 years or so (original Woz flavor)
and have seen no real hardware advances. Adding RAM is not a hardware advance.
Updating toolsets is software. Anyway, it seems like every 6 months a new Mac
has come out. There's no question in my mind where its leading to. I think in a
few more years one all the II people have been weaned into GSs and the GSers
into Macs, I will be a proud owner of an orphan, to sit next to my museum piece
II+. I'm very dissapointed in Apple Co.
