        I have a file named UUENCODE.ZIP which is available on my BBS.
This file contains programs AND SOURCE in TP for conversion with
UUCP encoding/decoding. I used that program when receiving files from 
ArpaNet using the qualifier (UUE. 

   BTW : My address on BitNet is MICROS@UQHULL.BITNET....
