Is it any good? How much does it cost? A friend of mine bought six (6) of them... The sound is very good. Much better than the old MT-32 type sound (slightly noisy) I expected to hear. The unit is also MPU-401 compatible so most software (all I've seen so far) intended for the MPU-401 works with it. Good stuff. Certainly much better the awful IBM Music Feature I bought. I still can't understand how to write code for the Music Feature. The list price for the LAPC-1 is $595....todd -- Todd Ogasawara, U. of Hawaii UUCP: {uunet, ucbvax, dcdwest}!ucsd!nosc!uhccux!todd ARPA: uhccux!todd@nosc.MIL BITNET: todd@uhccux INTERNET: todd@uhccux.UHCC.HAWAII.EDU
